Logo digitizing converts your brand artwork into a machine-readable stitch file. The challenge is preserving every detail — gradients, thin lines, fine text — within the physical constraints of thread and fabric. Our digitizers do this manually for every order.
We handle all logo placements: left chest (3.5" standard), right chest, jacket back (up to 12"), full front, and sleeve logos. Each placement is digitized with the specific fabric and machine requirements in mind.

Any format works — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or even a photo of a printed logo. Higher resolution gives better results, but we work with what you have. Vector files (AI, EPS) give the cleanest starting point for complex logos.
Standard left chest is 3.5" wide. Maximum is 4.5" wide. Height is proportional to width. If you don't specify a size we'll use the standard 3.5" width and confirm with you before proceeding.
Gradients cannot be perfectly replicated in embroidery since thread colors are solid. We simulate gradients using techniques like color blending, directional stitching, and stepped color changes. We'll advise you on what's achievable before you pay.
Logo digitizing starts at $7.50 for designs up to 5,000 stitches. Most left chest logos cost $7.50–$15. Jacket backs run $25–$45. Maximum charge is capped at $65 regardless of stitch count. No hidden fees.
