To ensure seamless production of your patches, here's what we need from you.
Your Artwork
Any format works — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS. The higher the resolution, the better. Even a photo of a printed design works.
Patch Size
Tell us the width and height in inches. Standard sizes: 2"×2", 3"×3", 4"×4". Custom sizes available from 0.5" up to 15".
Thread Colors
Specify your desired colors or reference Pantone/thread numbers. We use 100% viscose threads as standard, with metallic thread options also available. If unsure, send your artwork and we'll match the colors.
Backing Type
Choose from iron-on (free), sew-on, peel & stick, or velcro. Iron-on is the most popular and included at no extra cost.
