We offer both genuine leather and high-quality synthetic leather (PU leather) options. Genuine leather has natural grain variation and ages beautifully. Synthetic leather is more consistent in appearance and more affordable. Specify your preference when ordering.
Leather patches can be attached via iron-on backing (free), sew-on, peel and stick, or velcro. For heavy leather patches, sew-on is recommended for the most secure attachment. Iron-on is popular for lighter leather patches on caps and jackets.
Standard colors include tan, brown, black, navy, and burgundy. Custom colors are available for larger orders. Natural tan with debossed branding is the most popular choice for caps and hats.
